Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max delivers the same compelling experience that players have come to expect from the series. Bleach: Heat the Soul 6 is a new installment in the Heat the Soul series based on Tite Kubo’s Bleach, which was released in Japan on May 14, 2009. It includes more Arrancar Resurrections like that of Nnoitra, Szayel Apporo Granz or Nel(Gamuza). The game has a new championship mode added in which you can fight tournament style similar to Bleach Soul Carnival and a customization mode exclusive to Heat the Soul 6. The game’s story mode starts from the day Ichigo got his powers to the Espada/Soul Reaper showdowns to date in the anime. It boasts an amazing character roster consisting of 74 playable characters including Senna, Sojiro Kusaka, Dark Rukia, and the Vizard and Tessai in their Soul Reaper uniforms from the “Turn Back the Pendulum” arc. Its opening theme is “Koyoi, Tsuki ga Miezu Tomo” by Porno Graffiti which was also used for Bleach: Fade to Black.

Given what Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is as a product, it would be easy to boil this review down to, “Yep, it’s just like Monster Hunter Freedom 2, but with more stuff! It’s cool, so have fun!” And though that is true, there’s more to it than that. Unite is a great game, and it’s odd that Capcom waited until now to give the series a marketing boost in America, but there’s also no better time to jump in and see what the big deal is.

Unite’s Japanese counterpart, Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, was a system seller; somehow it became the PSP game to own last year, and skyrocketed an already popular series to legendary status. Admirable, but also a little surprising for a game series that, by all means, demands the attention and dedication more typical of a hardcore gamer. There’s hack-and-slash action upfront, but there’s also a lot of gathering, selling, farming, crafting, tinkering, and traipsing around to do if you want to make sure you live long and prosperously in the game world.

Dynasty Warriors Vol. 2

Ancient China’s greatest warriors have rocked the foundations of heaven and earth for over 2,000 years. Now KOEI’s ‘Warriors Worth a Thousand’ return in a sequel that eclipses the original with an exquisite array of features! For the first time, up to 4 players can engage in multiplayer combat including a Battle Royal mode.
